Trunk or Treat

 

This Thursday, Halloween, WCE is inviting all parents to fill the trunks of their cars with goodies and join us in the school parking lot for Trunk or Treating. This will happen at the same time as the Sheriff’s Office/ WCCIA sponsored Halloween Fair inside the gym, 5 to 8pm.

Dress up, bring the family, play at the fair, and walk from car to car in a safe, well-lit, fun, and friendly environment.

There will be spaces reserved for families participating in the Trunk or Treat. One responsible person will need to man each trunk to hand out candy to trunk-or-treaters. We suggest you decorate your trunk in a fun Halloween style so trunk-or-treaters know you’re open for business.

This is not a WCE-teacher- led event, but rather a voluntary community event. Teachers will be in the parking lot keeping an eye out, but all participating parents need to do is park, open their trunks, and welcome costumed children.

Thank you for helping White City Elementary build a strong, safe community.
